We accept PayPal, Direct Debit, and Credit Card for online transactions. For customer pickups we also accept Cash or EFTPOS at time of collection. When payment is made by direct debit please use the stock number shown in the listing as the payment reference. We do not send any of our items COD.
We use Australia Post (regular parcel service) or parcel couriers on smaller items and Toll/Ipec on larger items. Most items will be shipped within 24 hours of ordering however, some items (such as engines/transmissions) could still be in a vehicle and will need to be removed prior to shipping. These items may take up to 72 hours to be dispatched.
Most but not all of our items are sold as a shipped or delivered price to all states within Australia. Express post is also available but these requests will incur additional freight charges.

All of our parts are covered by a standard 90-day parts only warranty. So this means if anything happens to your part within this period we will refund your money or supply a replacement part. However, if you are looking for that extra peace of mind - we offer several extended warranty packages.
Silver warranty - 6 months parts only coverage for all parts. This option has the same terms as our standard warranty just over a longer term.
Silver Plus - 6 months Parts and Labour cost cover warranty
Gold Plus - 12 months Parts and Labour cost cover warranty
Platinum Plus - Lifetime parts with 12 months Labour cost cover warranty
Remember these options are available on all parts from engines to tail lights. Just ask us how!!
Simply contact us prior to returning the goods so we can issue an RMA#. We pay the return freight on faulty or incorrect items and you pay the freight on items no longer required. All goods must be returned in the same form and condition as sold to obtain a refund. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase date to receive a refund.
