Defects – cosmetic damage, item has scratches on all sides, shows wear and tear. Item sold as is.

Power cords and VGA are not included unless stated otherwise. All of our Desktops, PCs and Laptops will not include Hard Drives. We cannot fully detail our items part by part, please do not expect our items to be perfect. We list our items to the best of our knowledge. NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEES FOR THIS ITEM, please bid accordingly.

We respond to questions Monday through Friday 7a-4p only. Please ask any and all questions prior to bidding.

Shipping - We do not ship internationally, we only ship to the contiguous United States. Our shipping days are on Wednesday only, we ship occasionally on Friday. We do offer local pick up in St. Louis, MO, please contact us via eBay if you want to pick up locally.

Payment - Payment is due no more than 4 days after you agree to purchase. Since auctions are charged a final value fee if the items sell we are forced to file a non-paying bidder dispute if we don't receive the payment within those 4 days.

Return Policy – We do not accept returns for any item, they are listed AS IS and for parts, non-working, please bid accordingly.

The item is being sold for Parts or Repair.  Sold As Is- No Returns, we will not accept a return or issue refund If it doesn't work or If it's too expensive to fix or if the unit doesn't sound or work good. I am including Ebays definitions of what For Parts or Repair means. Here it is, please read: 

"An item that does not function as intended and is not fully operational. This includes items that are defective in ways that render them difficult to use, items that require service or repair, items that are locked or can't be activated, or items missing essential components. We are an electronics recycling company and do not test any item further than just attempting to power it on.
