BOB Revolution Stroller Double JOGGER Duallie Handle Bar Frame Replacement Used

The padding was removed as it had deteriorated and underneath showed some surface rust. See photos in detail. The rust is not through the metal and is still on the surface. It could be sanded down, primed, and repainted by someone needing a replacement. The levers are functional (one is a bit tweaked and would need to be adjusted). Has some scuffs scratches and discoloration in various places.
