SHIPPING

-The order will be dispatched within 1-2 busniess day (expect Sat & Sun & public holiday) after payment confirmed.

-We offer regular post by Australia Post. If you require Express or Registered Post, Please let me know as an additional charge will be added.

-Please let us know if your order can be leave at the front door when unattended.

-It usually takes around 2-6 business days for delivery. Country areas may need 2-3 more business days for delivery.

-Tracking number will be provided after order is dispatched.

-Please confirm your delivery address carefully, we are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable address. We cannot update the shipping address or re-direct order once your order have been processed or shipped.

-If you require to ship outside Australia, please contact us before placing order, additional charges will be applied. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or the shipping charges.

RETURN

- Unopen items can be returned within 7 days after your receiving for a full refund.

- Please return items in their original package.

- Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless we sent wrong or defective items. All postage fee cannot be refunded.

- You should expect to receive your refund within 7 days after we receive your return items.

- All returns must be returned with tracking number or retuned to our shop or warehouse by yourself with purchase order.

- No refunds or responsibility taken for opened items. Please read the product descriptions and instructions carefully before placing order. We are not responsible for any claims of allergy ingredients, or charging minds and inappropriate use.

- Once you received the defective or broken items, please contact us in 48 hours. Please take photos of the broken item and the original box and label as evidences.


PAYMENT

      - We accept credit card payment via Paypal.

      - Please note that paying eCheque via Paypal will be delayed your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the Paypal system. (Please check with Paypal on the expected clearance date).

      - We also offer Alipay and Wechat pay via RoyalPay.
