Original Civil War 1/4 plate tintype photo of Edward Fellon. His name is found on the inside of the case. Edward enlisted on November 25, 1861 in Troy, New York. He ended up reenlisting on December 12th, 1863. He was discharged on June 12, 1865 in Rochester New York after being wounded on May 30th, 1864 at North Anna River. He received a severe wound in his arm that ultimately ended up taking his arm by having it amputated. The there is no glass present to cover this image. The image itself shows Edward holding his kepi with his artillery insignia ontop of it. He proudly shows an Artillery medal on his coat. This is a wonderful image with a real ID!
