Any items damaged in transit must be
notified to the Company within 24 hours of signing for goods in order for
investigations to commence with the courier responsible for the delivery. If
any item is damaged then DO NOT
sign for it, DO NOT let
courier rush you. If necessary mark on the paper work item not checked, and
proceed to contact us straight away. Failure to do so will make it near
impossible to carry out a claim. IT?S YOUR
RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE GOODS!!
PAYMENT
We accept payments over EBAY, debit card and
cash payments if items want to be collected within person. We DO NOT accept
any other form of payment!
Buyers ARE responsible for ensuring that the item is correct for
their vehicle! Refunds ARE NOT
given for incorrect items once purchased! If in doubt please check and compare
all relevant codes (Engine, Gearbox, paint colour etc.) with the codes listed
within the item description. If still in doubt don?t hesitate to contact us for
assistance. Any parts ordered in error are subject to 20% handling
charge. Like all internet sites, all returning postages will be at the buyers?
expense and we recommend you send the item via a traceable method, as we cannot
be held responsible for items lost in transit.
When paying please add your phone
number to help with the delivery processes. This will aid us in helping you
with any problems that may arise.
POSTAGE
If a clear payment is received before 1.00PM (Mon-Fri), I will endeavour to
have the item posted the same day for next day delivery, however, this is NOT always a guaranteed
service.
Postage is to UK mainland only and
excludes the following postcodes. Unless you are using the global shipping
programme, if
you do buy an item and your postcode is on this list then a surcharge will need
to be paid on your approval. Contact me to arrange the surcharge on
your invoice.

FEEDBACK
We will please ask you to NOT leave negative or neutral
feedback until you have given us an opportunity to resolve your issue to your
satisfaction! We will only leave positive feedback once we know you are happy
and content with your order. We are a reasonable company/seller and will do all
that we can to help when making orders. Once again, this can only be done by
correctly checking relevant codes
for parts or directly contacting us!
RETURNS
Whilst every effort
is made to ensure that parts are dispatched in good working order,
problems and faults do occasionally occur. In this instance we will endeavour
to replace any faulty parts. If this is not possible then a refund will be
provided. However, we may request that the faulty part be returned to us for
inspection. If this is the case then a return postage value limit will be agreed
and refunded. In addition, the buyer will be liable for return postage charges
on items incorrectly ordered and in these instances refunds will be made at the
discretion of the Company.
RETURNS under the distance
selling regulations (Refer to post-code
listings), are entitled to be returned within 14 days for a refund. If a
return is necessary please contact us in advance so we are aware of the return.
We would kindly ask that all returns are in the original packaging, in the
condition in which they were received and includes your original sales invoice.
Please include your EBay User ID and
a Contact Telephone Number to ensure
a swift refund process. All returns will be inspected upon return. Return
postage will be at the buyers expense and we recommend you send the item via a TRACEABLE METHOD, as we cannot be held
responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED should be reported on receipt.
We will offer a replacement item where possible or a refund as soon as the item
is returned to us. NO claims
will be offered on body panels or glass.
