Preowned, very nice condition with a few marks on the outside from use and sun-staining too. There doesn't seem to be any damage to anything in the set and the console turns on and ejects disks but we cant test it anymore than that so it may not work fully, keep that in mind when bidding and view all photos as it makes up part of the description.
