Please take a minute and open and read the description before buying...Thank you.

Please read the entire listing before buying. Thank you.

Double-check the code you choose from the list. The code must be an exact match to your lock.

For 1971 & 1979 GM models with the original locks using the key codes on the list.

The listing is for one (1) secondary key, cut to the code you choose from the list. The key will be pre-cut and ready to work.

1971 GM models: If your locks are the original, the secondary key should fit the trunk and glovebox. If your locks have been changed, they might not use the same key, like the original keys when the car was new.

1979 GM models: If your locks are the original, the secondary key should fit the doors, trunk and glovebox. If your locks have been changed, they might not use the same key, like the original keys when the car was new.

If your GM code is within the code range 0D00-9D99 and is not on the code list, go to my eBay store and enter your key code in the store search, for example, "2D44 key".

Locks with different codes are not interchangeable unless you find a matching key code.

Finding your code.
  1. The letter on the OEM GM key is not a keycode.
  2. On the original OEM key, the key code was on the “knockout”
  3. The glovebox had the code stamped on the locks cylinder core. Removing the lock will be necessary.
  4. The trunks not marked with the code.
  5. Research your model online for videos for the removal procedure to find the code.
  6. The code may have been handwritten in the original manual or with the original paperwork.
The key is guaranteed to be cut to the code you choose from the list.

Returns: I can not do a return if you order the wrong key code from the list. Once a key has been cut, it's of no use to me. If the key you receive doesn't work, you must send me a picture showing where you got your key code from verifying that the code you purchased is your correct key code. If it is my fault, I will refund the purchase price plus original and return shipping costs.
