RETURNS: I am selling things that I have acquired over the years from family, friends, estate sales, auctions and garage sales because I need to downsize. I am NOT an expert on anything that I sell. So, EVERYTHING is sold AS IS and returns are not accepted.

In some cases I will consider the accepting return of an item, but I will not pay for return shipping. Returns are only allowed at my discretion (but as you can see by my feedback, I have always been fair to everyone I deal with, so please bid with confidence). I follow this "as is" policy, but due to a growing number of eBay purchasers who are scammers, and with eBay taking away a seller's ability to leave negative feedback for a bad buyer, some buyers don't have any incentive to play fairly. So, those few dishonest buyers and eBay's rule have forced me into this policy.

MISC: I recycle package material whenever possible and I do my best to estimate shipping expense using the postage calculator even though the item(s) is not packaged yet. I always reserve the right to require a Delivery Confirmation be included in your final price. I DON'T END AUCTIONS EARLY, and if I didn't list it as a "Buy It Now" item then I don't intend to offer it that way, so there is no reason to ask.

If eBay has some sort of problem during this sale, I reserve the right to cancel the sale and re-list the item. If there are props or such in the photo, they are not included in the sale (rulers, display shelves, coins etc. to show size). I usually ship item within 3 business days after receiving payment.
