What a little cutie made by American Character. This is Chuckles and she's got an oil cloth body that's in near mint condition. I don't see anything wrong with it, and usually the seems are messed up badly around the private areas. The doll's reddish saran hair is in good shape and is soft and workable, though there's a tiny bit of crunch that comes from age. I don't see any missing plugs. She's very old so she does have a few issues, such as:

1. It looks like someone repainted her mouth at some point. 

2. She has a few scrapes and scratches though nothing major. 

3. One of her eyelashes has a section that's curled upwards. She's not missing any lashes, but they need to be put back down. 

4. Small pindot hole in her shirt on the back of it. 

She comes from a smoke free home and doesn't have any foul odors.
