This is about Athearn 93823 HO scale DC RTR Rotary Snowplow SF #199361. Rotary snowplow A-unit with operating blades ,DC operating rotar & B-unit with DC/DCC interior Lights and ending marker smd Red lights A-unit is motorised however this is NOT about motion/running but ONLY simulating the rotary snowplow action (see video) Its key features are: Fully assembled and ready for your layout Includes Athearn snowplow factory with Operating rotar A-unit and interior Light and assorted Customised B-unit Both units are customised as follows: Α-unit -------- 1.Front boogie power pick-up wired 2.Functional Interior Led (works only in DC and ONLY in one Polarity/Direction) A-Unit will not make it on DCC power unless you wish to install a decoder first. Drilled Light holes in front and carry minor traces of Use... Roof Drilled Hole (as in pics) Rotar has been TESTED (see video ) and the motor works fine in both direction/polarities, however it looks like there is an ... issue with power pick up in curved rails... Could probably benefit of some cleaning and/or upgrade ! Overall very nice condition B-unit ------------- 1.Interior LED lights applied 2.Smd tail/marker lights fitted on both ends Lights work fine on both DC and/or DCC power Pretty realistic result !
