We took it apart and cleaned the console and got all the dust off of the motherboard and processor and chips. Console ONLY. NO ACCESSORIES. No jumper pak. Cleaned and tested. One of feet/bases of the screw that holds it on is broken on the inside of the unit. So they foot just falls off.
The feet are actually purple
