The present lot consists of the top section of the pane of 24 Easter seals released in 1952 for the Clipped Children campaign.  The top of the sheet has been divided into 2 parts on which the seals of the middle columns are faulty (thins). The other seals are in FVF condition. Look at the picture. What you see is what you get.
