(Science Fiction And Fantasy) Ryan, Charles C. (editor) : "The Ringworld Engineers," by Larry Niven (Found in Galileo Magazine of Science & Fiction) : Magazine. Galileo Magazine, Inc. , Boston, MA. 1979. True First Edition, Very Good
These four magazine make up the True First Edition of The Ringworld Engineers by Larry Niven. This is a set of oversized magazines with illustrated covers and a stapled spines. The magazines are in Very Good to Very Good+ condition and were issued without dust jackets. Part one still includes the mailing wrapper. The spine ends and corners of the magazine covers have some rubbing and wear, along with some beginning bumping. The text pages are clean and bright, but there is some generalized toning to the text pages. "Many of Niven's stories—sometimes called the Tales of Known Space—take place in his Known Space universe, in which humanity shares the several habitable star systems nearest to the Sun with over a dozen alien species, including the aggressive feline Kzinti and the very intelligent but cowardly Pierson's Puppeteers, which are frequently central characters. The Ringworld series is part of the Tales of Known Space, and Niven has shared the setting with other writers since a 1988 anthology, The Man-Kzin Wars (Baen Books, jointly edited with Jerry Pournelle and Dean Ing). There have been several volumes of short stories and novellas. " (from Wikipedia) #48381 $50
