The Rattle

A great rattle, ethically made  in Africa from a gourd (how I wish i could grow one that big) with a net of cord and beads made from Job's tears (seeds).

This is a vintage rattle has been used by a good friend in her shamanic practice. She's downsizing and we both very much believe in rehoming and passing on tools to others. It's similar to one I've used for many years!

it makes a lovely sound, depending on how you use is - move it slightly by moving the net of beads by the tassel and you get something close to an ocean sound or shake it for a louder noise.

Great for meditation, and to support journeying or to make music in ritual! 

It's about 27 cm in length.

I only have one of these!

This is not a toy  - kids love these, but should only use them with supervision - dogs are also quite keen on chewing them.....

I make every attempt to recycle and reuse packaging and posting materials, although sometimes this is not possible.

All items are new and unused, I prefer not to energetically charge magical items, leaving that for their new owners to do. All items are crafted with joy and love.
