I shall send the item out the day after receiving the payment excluding Sunday's and Bank Holidays, which will be by Royal Mail 2nd class signed for. I will obtain a receipt for all products sent. I can discount on postage for multiple purchases please contact me regarding this. 

Refunds are accepted without the cost of postage. Providing goods are returned in the same condition they are sold in.
