The game comes complete with its original game case and instruction manual.  The game has been cleaned, tested and is in working condition.  The back of the game disc has some scratches to it, but it did not have any issues when the game was tested.

The game case/cover has some light damage.  Please zoom in and examine all pictures closely before purchasing.
