International Shipments:
We will be using US Postal Service as our primary shipping carrier. It usually takes 10-15 business days (Exclude holidays) to be delivered.
In some cases, it may take longer due to Customs Inspection, We recommend you to contact your local Post office / Customs office for the package If it has passed the 15 Business days period.

Return:
Any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-Day Warranty.
You may return for an exchange or refund within 60 days. Please contact us first prior returning the item, we will provide you an RA(Return Authorization) number to include on the package. No refund or exchange will be made for the damaged item or missing content. Item must be in brand NEW to qualify for an exchange or refund.

Received Incorrect / Damaged / Missing Item:
Don't Worry, We will take care of everything to exchange for the correct item. Please take some photos of everything you have received in the package, along with a picture of the invoice, shipping label and send it to our email. Please provide us a brief explanation.

Cancel Order:
If the buyer has placed the wrong order, we can exchange or return for refund on the item with 15% restocking fee and all shipping fee is will be at buyers cost. It is imperative that buyers understand the items are vehicle-related and require installation and vehicle knowledge. Some of our parts are direct from EUROPE or ASIA which may require modification to complete the installation. Most of the items do not have installation instructions. We highly recommend professional installation if are not familiar with the installation.
