High Grade, Made c1940’s Era

14K Gold Band, It’s Near Mint!
The pipe is a nice looker, in a full-size apple 42 shape. The bowl is made of Mediterranean briar. This one shows off a mix of birdseye and flame and swirly patterns, very nice, no fills or issues. The bowl is in great shape, almost no wear showing. The inside of the bowl is well seasoned, with the draw-hole at bottom center, draws easy, and it should smoke well early on. The stem is original and made of vulcanite, and has just light tooth wear, in great shape. The band is made of solid 14K gold, and is marked 14K GOLD. This is a fine example from a very popular early USA pipe maker. Freshly polished and weighs about 1.1 ounces, ready to smoke!
