Item Description :

This is a set of vintaeg Japanese pottery Sencha tea cups with Yuteki Tenmoku glaze, Kyo ware, which was made by a famous potter, Yoshihiro Kimura (1950- ) about 30 years ago.

The seal of the potter is stamped on the bottom. The original wooden box with the signature of the potter & his profile are also included.

Kyo ware is one of Japanese the most traditional wares, which was started around 1590. They are typically painted with overglaze enamel pigments.
