Very rare 393252 big block 427 CE (Counter Replacement) 4 bolt main block. This was the same block used on the 1970 LS-6 454/450 HP. Also included are a set of aftermarket Pro Torline cast iron heads (I believe RHS used to sell these) with new springs (and spares) with new large valves ready to bolt on. All the machine work was done by the previous owner including balancing. One connecting rod and piston were missing at the time when I bought it, I bought another identical piston and rings, the rod is a very common readily available item my machinist told me he could supply when he balanced the 8th piston if I built it. There are many parts that go with engine including 2 sets of pistons, (1) Solid roller Howards Cam with lifters, (1) Comp cam hydraulic cam, stud gurdle kit, oilbpans, oil pump, machined and balanced crank shaft, 2 sets of valve covers, bearings and a much more. Please try to read the paperwork I posted. The parts and machine work exceed $5,000. Also included is a 5 speed Tremec transmission with upgraded shifter. This needs repairs, the ears are broken off the case where it bolts to the bellhousing and the bearing sleeve that attaches to the input shaft is also broken. This transmission was custom built and was over $4,500 when purchased (see receipts). I do have the broken pieces if you choose to have them welded or just replace the case.
