Take a pit-to-pit measurement and a bottom of the collar to the bottom of the shirt measurement. Or pants waist and inseam measurements. If it matches close to our measurements, then it should fit. These measurements can be compared to a well-fitting pants you already own to judge fit.

Previous washings may change the sizing.
