We accept returns except for the following:
We do NOT accept returns on items out of their original packaging, multiple piece items that are unsealed, certified coins, discounted or sale items, bullion pieces, or items damaged after they were shipped.
Addendum to "return policy": We do not accept returns on pieces wherein we have specifically said to you that a piece is nonreturnable in a message to you before your purchase. Certified items are NOT returnable. WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES. Orders can only be cancelled prior to our purchasing a shipping label. While we do not charge a restocking fee, cancellations and returns (except for items of dubious manufacture or where we sent you the wrong item) will be charged for the shipping label.
Three day return policy on eligible items (full refund except postage). If we have inadvertently misrepresented an item, please contact us for return and refund incl 2-way postage. Otherwise, return postage is responsibility of buyer. All items ship same or next day. All orders will be combined shipping with noted exclusions. Free shipping on orders over $100.00. USPS priority or expedited shipping available.
