2013 KTM RC8R with a bit fewer than 26,000 miles. I bought this last fall and spent much of the winter cleaning and fixing odds and ends. Jester exhaust which has been repacked by myself. Thorough cleaning, replaced/tightened missing or out of spec fasteners. New air cleaner and replaced the plastic dry break fuel connector with chrome plated brass, rebuilt the fuel pump and replaced the broken fuel pump plug. Saddle has been re covered. New horn, Techspec tank sliders and T-rex frame sliders. new rear sprocket (plus 2). Aftermarket tail tidy.
The bar ends were replaced with the proper stock items. The low fuel sensor was leaking through the wiring so it was replaced. The battery was replaced with the correct size to allow the saddle to fit properly. Previous owner replaced the gauge cluster for unknown reason and it shows 13,717 miles but it had 25,916 before he changed it so I am figuring that as a more accurate number.
AS mentioned I spent some time and money cleaning up some needed stuff. I think the bike was stored outside for some time as there is some yellowing of the white paint and the tail graphics were almost completely gone. I put new graphics of my own making on but have since found a nice pair of stock tail fairings and they go with the bike. I have put 60 trouble free miles on the bike this spring and may add a few more. Passenger saddle and pegs are included.The headlight had some kind of a sticker applied and I assume the heat from the light has etched it into the lens. I cleaned and polished it to better condition but its not perfect. I only have one key for this bike. Front and rear workstands and Battery Tender. Owners and service manual. Clear Illinois title in my name as soon as Illinois sends it. I only recently applied for new tags and title.
