Item is sealed and is unused. Item has some wear to the packaging including some creasing due to storage. Item is genuine Takara Tomy. Code on the bottom of the set is K2010 (item is genuine as the set was released in Japan on December 28 2010 and the K2010 code means that this set was made on  November 20th 2010 so this is a genuine Takara Tomy item rather than a later 'midfake' reproduction).
