Another interesting attic find offered up for auction.   the miniature portrait was discovered whilst clearing some effects so I know very little about it?    its definitely painted and an original work of art but I am not sure if its a painting or possibly an old mezzotint photo?      the portrait comes with the small frame measuring 3" x 2.5" and ready to display on your wall.   its not signed anywhere so its a proper tricky thing to accurately date?    I would say it may be Victorian or possibly earlier?
