Frog Plastic Racing Cars x 3 - Elastic band mechanism.  Vintage.  1950s.  
Car bodies seperate from chassis to allow replacement of elastic band.  Band is would up from starting handle at front of car.  Good working order.  Car bodies are a bit warped with age, but still fit well.
