Good condition, clean and neat.  Solid binding, clean/unmarked pages.  Dings on the cover corners (see pics).  There are a significant number of "uncut, unopened" pages, which is common in books of this period.  Can be fixed with a knife.  I'd say it takes some skill/practice to do it well, given the thickness of the paper.  Nice copy.
