Vintage Rutter's Horse Twitch as shown.
Made of beech wood, each arm has grooves, turned around their circumference and the pieces are joined at the top by an iron clip.
Handle is stamped “Rutter’s Patent Twitch”
Good original condition, but noting the original leather strap (also marked Rutters Patent 17106) is pretty well worn.
