Minton vase, Melon Shaped Greek Key Base, Butterflies & Dragonflys c. 1890. Raised gold and silver, butterflies, dragonflies, and melon vine design. Vase is ivory colored and base is maroon / brown with gold Greek key design. Has some hairline cracks on the side as shown, and an in manufacturing bubble on base that is only seen on the underside.  Loss of gold gilt on base commensurate with age. Measures 7 1/2 inches tall, and the base is 2 7/8 inch square.
