 All bags are made from 160 to 180 gauge thick plastic.

We guarantee to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving the payment (excluding bank holidays and weekends).

Orders received by 2pm will be posted that same day and orders received after 2pm are processed the next business working day (excluding bank holidays and weekends).

Orders are posted via a 48-hour service taking between 2 to 5 business working days to arrive.

Orders placed with express delivery are posted via an express courier which takes 24 hours to be delivered but in rare cases taking up to 48 hours.

Some postage costs may apply if you the delivery address is based in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods for a refund or replacement but we ask that you contact us first before opening a returns case so that we can look into the issue and provide the necessary resolution. A refund would be issue only when the item has been returned and inspected. If the goods returned are not in the same condition any necessary deductions will be made in line with eBay’s return and refund policy.

If you have ordered and received the item in error, you will be liable to cover the cost of return postage. Please note you will need to provide a tracking number and the courier used for the return upon doing this.
