These springs fit the following applications.

--- 2005-2015 Toyota Tacoma with an additional 110-220lbs of front end weight (ie, bumper w/ winch) Provides approx. 2" of lift 

--- 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma with additional weight from a winch and a larger bumper like an ARB bumper. Provides approx. 2" of lift

--- 2003-2009 Toyota 4Runner with an additional 230+lbs of front end weight (is, bumper w/ winch) Provides approx. 2.5" of lift

The above listed applications would also use Old Man Emu struts part number 90000. It is unknown if these coil springs will fit any other type of strut.
