Vintage 1965 Omega Seamaster De Ville with retro-style expansion band. Stainless steel case w/brushed silver (?) dial.

This is an automatic (self-winding) model. It runs, though I can't verify how accurate it is, as I've never worn it consistently. I think self-winders of this era require a lot of wrist time to maintain accuracy, but I'm no expert.

History: This watch was originally purchased at Geneva Watch Co. in Hong Kong on 8/3/65. It comes with original documentation, 1965 sales receipt, and a newer retro-style steel expansion band. I do not have the original band or box.

Case condition: generally good, though there are some minor scratches on two of the band moorings /9visible in close up photos), evidently from the original owner changing bands. It was completely serviced in 1996 by a certified Omega repair tech (documentation included), including replacement of the "gasket and crown assembly."
