Shipping:  We ship Monday-Friday everyday the Post Office is open and 95% of the time your item is shipped on the day of payment.  Packing is done with the upmost care using clean, sturdy boxes and ample cushioning.  Remember that shipping cost is not just the postage at the post office – it’s my time - effort -supplies- and whatever else it takes for me to get your item from me to you in a safe and timely manner.      

Refunds:  Refunds are given quickly and cheerfully if an item is not as represented and returned in the same condition as shipped.  I try to describe all items to the best of my ability and consider photos to be part of the description.  If you have any questions please email before bidding.
