* The best way to grade an items condition is by looking at the pictures. 99% of our items that we sell are decades old and are not going to be in perfect condition. All items are sold in the condition they are found. Item purity is listed by the markings on a piece, we do not acid test each item. If you purchase something and acid test it then the item will not be able to be returned. Items listed as "silver" means that it is not marked, nor do we know the purity. Those pieces are sold as is. We do our best to deliver exceptional products at great prices. 99% of our auctions begin at $4.99 so it is up to the buyers to determine the final sale price, if you are not confident in a piece please do not place a bid. We hold you to your bid just like buyers hold us to our items and descriptions.
Payment
Please complete payment within 3 business days of your item ending. If payment is not received and no contact has been made a non paid case will be opened. Please be aware that most states are collecting sales tax from any e-commerce sales even if you are not in the same state.
Combined Shipping & Invoices
We do offer combined shipping. Invoices are sent Monday-Friday prior to 12pm CST. We allow items that end within 5 business days of each other to be combined. If you are planning on bidding on more items do not pay your invoice until the others have ended, once an item is paid for no other items can be added to that order. Combined shipping rates are determined on number of items, size, and which size packing materials need to be used.
International Buyers (Global Shipping Program)
We use the global shipping program for all international orders, no exceptions. With the GSP program buyers are responsible for domestic shipping charges, international shipping charges, import fees, customs, etc. All of these are paid upfront. If there is a problem with your invoice or need something combined you must contact ebay, I am not able to make any changes to invoices with the GSP. We will not devalue items or mark them as a gift, no exceptions. We also will not cancel auctions and re-list as one group. It may take up to 25 days or more for international shipments depending on the respective customs to clear the item, we will not be responsible for any delay in the international shipment, please be aware of this. If you choose to use your own third party shipping service we are not responsible for any missing or damaged items once it reaches the third party destination. It is recommended that you purchase your own insurance on the item if you are using your own third party shipping service.
Returns & Refunds
We always accept returns within 30 days of the sale as long as the item meets requirements for our return policy. Items must be returned in original condition within 30 days. If there are signs of acid testing, heavy perfume or smoke smells then the item may not qualify for a full refund. Partial refunds are determined case by case. If you are unhappy with one item in a group that was purchased the entire lot needs to be returned for a refund, no partial refunds will be given. Allow 2 business days for your return to be processed once received. Weekends are not business days. We are watching for buyers who have a high return rate.
