Fountain pen does not appear to have ever been inked. There are no scuffs or marks. Beautifully kept if ever used. Ink is New Old Stock. The ballpoint pen probably did not come with the fountain pen originally but they were in the same box when I purchased at an estate sale. Both appear unused and have no scuffs or scratches. 

I added a press bar converter and an additional blue washable ink that I had in my desk for years. Figured I would throw in as I will never use them.
