The rare QUEEN Maireener or Rainbow Kelp Shells were highly 

prized and collected by Aboriginal women for thousand's of years.

They were meticulously cleaned and threaded usually on wallaby sinew.

Only found in the cold southern seas of Australia, the shells display

an amazing iridescent glow of colours from green through to blue and purple.

Only a few of a personal collection.

Each shell is around 2 cm long and in perfect cleaned condition
