new old stock means the articles are new, but they are older stock, not issued to soldiers or worn. as these where always made in different factories, shell,  liners and hoods, they where assembled by soldiers , and given out one by one. as such the parts will not be from same factory or made same year, as was originally given to soldiers. shell is made in 1974 by VANDERBILT SHIRT CO,DSA100-74-C-0168,CHEST 45" AND UPWARD, STOCK # NSN 8415-782-3210, CALLED "PARKA EXTREME COLD WEATHER." HAND MEASURE ARM PIT TO ARM PIT =29"  TOP OF NECK TO BOTTOM OF FISHTAIL =43" ZIPPER IS BRASS,i think i see a G ON IT WHICH WOULD BE GENERAL. i do not find the fabric content, but believe to be nyco by feel. nylon cotton. there are a couple shown in a photo very small i believe dirt marks.
