This beautiful long vintage necklace dates to around the 1970s, possibly earlier and is in lovely condition for its age. It has a goldtone spring ring clasp and is made up of real polished blood red coral beads and spacers. The colour is a deep red and most of the beads have tiny white spots (visible only with a 10x magnifier) indicating that it may be rare Japanese red coral which is highly sought after. If not Japanese, it is most likely to be Sardinian coral. It can be worn long or doubled up as shown in our photos. It's very stylish, quite rare and is bound to be admired when worn!
