If you are not satisfied with your item, we do accept returns within 30 days. Please note, the item must be returned in the exact same condition as it was received to receive a full refund (i.e. New & Open Box items must be returned in New condition). Thank you! 

“Free Shipping” only means the seller is paying it for delivery as part of the selling cost. If an item is returned we must recover the original shipping cost.

We'll ONLY ship the item to your eBay Confirmed Address, so please make sure your shipping address is correct before you buy item.

Shipping Time / Delivery Time
We try our best to ship out same day for payment cleared before 5.00 PM (Pacific Time) , otherwise we will ship on next working days.

Order placed on weekend or holiday will be shipped on Monday or next working day.
We use USPS with Delivery Confirmation. Big order will be shipped via Priority mail (with tracking) automatically without any extra shipping cost.
Below is the approximate delivery time to different countries (just estimated, not guaranteed): 5-10 working days to buyer in USA.

Replacement/Exchange
We accept exchange/replace item within 30 days when customer receive merchandise.

*Item Description and Condition:

Items are tested when possible and multiple pictures are taken so you can see the item powers on, actual condition, and items included. New items are removed from packaging to confirm function, contents, and pictures. This is to assure you don’t get a non-functioning new item or item missing contents.

*Confirm your power requirements if applicable:

If this item is electric please confirm power requirement of item will work with your local power. If you are in a 220v area do not assume it will work since USA is standard 110V and I can only check/confirm items work on 110v. No refund given if you plug in 110v item into 220viyp outlet.

*Packaging:

Each item is packed in a manner to both protect the item and keep shipping weight and cost down for the buyer. I reuse clean and sturdy packaging when possible to be environmentally friendly and save cost for both buyer and seller.
