Pictured here is a rare Elgin vintage travel alarm clock made in W. Germany. It is a small oval clock with feet and real brass alarm bells on top. It is adorable and it has been keeping good time for us. We think the alarm works, but the little wing winder on the back that winds it is missing. It has a brass rim around the face and there is a very small section where the brass is worn off (last photo). There is also a line under the lens that looks like a tiny hair, but doesn't seem to be a scratch. It has a luminous dial, but it needs a little time in the sun to charge it up. Please enjoy the photos for the best look. It will display well and be a nice addition to a collection.
It measures 3 ¼” w. x 3 ½” to the top of the brass handle.
