I am not sure the correct rating of antique books but I have never seen a book as old as this one that is in such great condition. This book is almost perfect. The pages have yellowed with age but that is the only defect I can determine. If you collectors want a specimen almost in original condition this is it. Please view photos as they are part of the description. There are light initials written that look like S.J. which is part of the authors name,.in the front of the book. Glued to the back inside cover of the book is an envelope and two blank lined papers.
