Vintage Figurine Ceramic Clock Frame. Hand Painted/No Clock /Blue +White. Very beautiful item, only fault is a small chip on gents nose .see pictures. There are no markings on the item for to assess who produced it. I have lots of pictures with measurements so you can see what clock insert would fit.
