The Department of Defense Joint Service Achievement Commemorative Medal Certificate, type-1, honoring your Veteran’s Service and receipt of the JSAM from any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces.

We are free and exercise our liberties we have today, because men and women of this nation were willing to stand in the gap. This certificate is printed on high quality 110 lb weight card stock with state of the art laser printing. The Certificate measure 8 ½ x 11”.
