"Pink & Violet" Size 2T sewn-in satin tag at neck, more instructions inside skirt seam.
Sleeveless black velvet velour polyester/spandex top with white tiered tulle ruffle skirt. There are 9 layers of gathered 2" soft white tulle ruffles on tulle base.
White polyester attached under-slip.
1 1/2" wide black sequin front waistband with 1 1/2" wide black velvet ribbon that ties in the back.
Attached large red taffeta double rose trim.
Dress slips on.
Very beautiful and festive.
Machine washable.
