We dispatch all items via a secure, trackable and signed for delivery service providing full insurance for your item. You will receive a shipping notification after purchase with your tracking number so that you know your order is on its way. We endeavour to dispatch within one working day after payment has been received or on the same day where possible.

Delivery within the EU

We offer FREE EU delivery on all items. All orders are sent via UPS Expedited and you should expect to receive your item within 3-5 days.

Delivery outside of EU (Worldwide)

We offer worldwide shipping at a flat rate of €15. Free shipping is applied on orders over 500€.

All orders are sent via UPS Expedited Worldwide and you should expect to receive your item within 5-10 days. Please keep in mind that all orders sent outside of the EU will have additional fees, such as import and customs.

We are always available to offer support and believe all items on the website are accurately described and represent good value for money. If you decide that you would like to return an item, we urge you to contact us first to see if we are able to find a solution to the problem. If, after speaking to us you are still unsatisfied with any of our products, for any reason, we offer a 14-day ‘uncomplicated, straightforward’ 100% return policy.

Items must be returned at your cost via a secure and insured service. Do not send the item through normal post as we cannot be responsible for lost items. We recommend all returned items to be sent via UPS with cover for the item value in case the item is lost. In the case of any error on our behalf we will cover the cost of return shipping.

For international customers, you are responsible for having the item(s) returned to us, and for any costs incurred (unless of an error on our behalf). Please mark the package as 'Return of sample merchandise, origin DK. We are not responsible for items that do not reach us. It is the responsibility of the international customer to label the returned package correctly as returned goods, so as to avoid any needless charges when re-entering Denmark. If there are any charges incurred for returned items, that are out of our control, such as import duties, then these will be deducted from the refund amount.

Condition

Since all items sourced are pre-owned, there may be a few slight scratches or signs of wear. However, we will not list any items which are broken or obviously damaged. All our pieces are vintage, antique or close to new. The piece undergoes a restoration process, which includes ultrasonic cleaning and mild polish techniques to enhance the condition of the jewelry. We do not sell anything we believe to be below moderate condition.

Packaging

We send all items in a branded Another’s Legacy jewelry gift box. Occasionally, we have the original box the item came in, a designer box to match the item or a one-off antique box. If the item comes in one of these boxes it will be explicitly shown in the product pictures. If we do not have the original box, we will use our own branded box.

Certificates

We will explicitly state on the product page if the item comes with supporting paperwork or certificates. If there is no mention, then please assume that we do not have any paperwork or certificates. We guarantee all items are authentic and genuine, and if for any reason you are unsatisfied we have a 100% return policy. We collaborate with the biggest Danish golddealers to ensure that all of the jewelry is real. We give a lifelong guarantee on your piece.

Based in the centre of Copenhagen, we have a big collection of pre-owned jewelry with new jewelry going live on a daily basis. Our collection has been built over many years and is extremely varied. We handpick all of our items and as such we have a very curated selection of jewelry. We are constantly adding new stock to the collection, and whilst we have a particular passion for designer, contemporary and fine jewelry, we also carry an extensive and diverse selection of vintage and antique jewelry.
