My work has been licensed for greeting cards and featured in advertisements and magazine cover art.  My work has been internationally recognized.  Here are a few quotes about my work and there are more included at the end of the description:

·         “You've truly got a gift and an excellent eye.  You have the ability to capture the humanity in the moment, and that is something very rare.” –Louis Stevens

·         “You are amazingly pure, capturing the breath of mystery that blows through this world from some other more mystical space.  You are truly a master.  Just amazing. I rarely see so many images that you just can’t get out of your head, like a dream you remember that you half forgot....”—Matthew Naglich

·         “You’re a genius, Greg!! I love what we did here…such an excellent photo.”—Igor Kolomiyets (internationally known model)

·         “That’s gorgeous, Gregory!”—Paul Freeman (acclaimed male physique photographer)

I have been described as a renaissance man.  My imagination has been my personal playground for all of my remembered life.  Born and raised in the deep south in a conservative religious household, I found a wonderful outlet for my dreams and fantasies through artwork.  I was drawing faces and people since at least age 5. In college, I took my first black and white photography class and became familiar with some darkroom techniques. Years later, I started to work with a digital camera and became really productive.

One of the things that I love about photography is the chance to share a bit of your personal vision with others.  Interestingly, I find that people appreciate me more as a photographer when they see my landscape and nature work whereas the focus is more on the model or subject with “people pictures.”

My photography work ranges from the very mild to pretty wild…and I love it all.  Hopefully, I will find an audience for my work across the spectrum…and perhaps a few folks who like the range.

My goal in selling prints (and perhaps a book or two at some point) is to share my work and to be inspired to create even more!  I hope you enjoy the works I’m offering and welcome your feedback, constructive and otherwise.  Thanks for taking a look!

v  “So honored to know one of America’s hot new generation of photojournalist.  Gregory Gore is an important present and future voice of current American scenes.  His photographic eye captures everyday events and presents as short stories about a moon shadowed forest in mid winter or his incorrigible dog exploring the streets of New York.  His work is a must have for anyone seriously interested in modern photographic art and storytelling.”—Chad I.
