Item: Crowded House – Together Alone Japanese CD album. Capitol Records TOCP-7979. 14 Tracks. Comes complete with the lyric inner and the precious OBI strip which is in excellent condition which is hard to find like this as many tend to get ripped or badly worn and many are missing.

Detailed Descriptions 

OBI: VG- Has some creasing and one very small tear to the top. Has no discolouration.

Lyric Insert: G+ Has some creasing but no discolouration or splits fully intact.

CD Inners: EX Some mild creases no rips or tears.

 CD's: G+ There are scratches when you look for them on the CD but it still plays fine. I have carefully graded it. Plays fine.

I use the following grading system: M=Mint, NM=Near Mint, EX=Excellent, VG=Very Good, G= Good, F=Fair, P=Poor B=Bad
