Recent Virginia estate find.  Offering an extremely rare, museum quality, early 19th century Meissen Bourdaloue.  If you're not familar with its use, just Google, "All Things Georgian Bourdaloue."  They provide an excellent description.  This piece is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, stains, or crazing.  Some light loss to the gold embellishments, primarily on the handle, but for its age, the gold is fairly strong.  The glaze has a nice, high sheen and the blue base color is vibrant.  Please review all photos for overall condition, design, and dimensions.  Click on each photo for a larger, expanded view.  Photos do contain measurements.
