the cobalt blue bubble glass pattern is slightly different on each of the sides and I love the odd ghostly faces at the top.    the glass does show a little bit of inner wear and the vase will show some other genuine age related wear in places.    its a tricky thing to accurately date but I am pretty sure its 19th century (possibly earlier?)     All in all its a really fine thing so please see pics for a much better look and do not miss out.
